USA Sales Agent in BYHOURS

We launched our Mexico City office earlier this year as the hub of the Americas. We currently operate throughout LATAM and are looking for our first sales agent to work on USA expansion. This role will be based in CDMX, but all sales efforts will be focused on the USA. Therefore, the Sales Agent must speak native English (or very close to native). As the USA Sales Agent, you will work with the sales team to identify and capture new hotels to join the BYHOURS booking platform. Responsibilities include:

• Build pipeline with qualified potential hotel partners
• Initiate sales process via various communication channels, including phone, email, social media, in person outreach, etc.
• Represent the BYHOURS brand and mission through pitching pipeline of hotels, including major chains and associations
• Negotiate and close deals in accordance to monthly KPIs
• Participate in national and international travel and tourism events to build the BYHOURS brand presence

• Native English, fluent Spanish
• Sales experience OR hotel industry experience is preferred
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship and international business
• Ability to take initiative-must have a go-getter attitude!
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel - USA
