We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Additional certifications or training in data management or office administration will be considered an advantage.
Strong typing skills with a focus on high accuracy and typing speed are essential to succeed in this role. Candidates should have familiarity with database software and best practices in data entry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with team members and understand operational needs.
The ideal candidate is able to work independently, demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities, and also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is necessary, enabling efficient handling of data tasks and reporting.
Experience using data management software beyond basic database tools would be beneficial. Knowledge of data security protocols and compliance requirements is a plus.
Familiarity with other business software platforms and basic knowledge of data analysis concepts would enhance performance in this position.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and correcting data inconsistencies are highly valued.
Previous work experience in finance or lending sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
