Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex datasets using statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
Develop predictive models to forecast sales, customer behavior, and other critical business metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
Design and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and interactive data visualization dashboards.
Cleanse, process, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting and decision-making.
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at various levels.
Stay current with the latest developments and advancements in data science, applying relevant innovations to improve internal processes and systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data science or analytics roles.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
Experience working with large datasets and utilizing data visualization tools effectively.
Solid knowledge of machine learning algorithms and applied techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team settings.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data insights into clear business outcomes.
Previous experience in agriculture or irrigation sectors is considered an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills
