People who:

• Have strong experience in data analysis and modeling using SQL and Python (or similar).
• Can transform raw data into insights, reports and actionable recommendations.
• Understand and apply best practices in analysis, visualization and model validation.
• Can design and interpret analytical and machine learning models, especially for pattern and anomaly detection.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical clients or stakeholders.
• Choose the right analytical approach for the business problem at hand.
• Take ownership of their analyses, models and outcomes.
• Are able to discuss data architecture, pipelines and automation at a conceptual level.
• Know how to balance urgent vs. important when handling data requests.
• Can work on-site, in-office or remotely, depending on project needs.
