WHO we’re looking for:

As a Mobility Manager, you will provide and recommend road maps, principles, standards and best practices for implementation within Consumer & Business Banking for mobile and digital channels.

You will also be responsible for enabling the business and IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands, disruptions, and opportunities with the strategic vision of the organization.

WHAT you’ll be doing:

• Participate in solution discussions, being part of the solution choices made and communicate to the business on the benefits/setbacks of those solution choices
• Track technical issues and implement solutions in a prompt manner
• Propose solutions to technical constraints using s/he technical expertise and experience, as well as provide expertise for escalated quality problems, and anticipate bottlenecks in the development cycle
• Identify technical impacts on the organization as they relate to business requirements
• Gather and create product requirements and specifications (Communication skills are definitely the key)
• Understanding of customer (and market) requirements and drives the specifications
• Knowledge of business requirements and the view of the product from the customer's perspective
• You are aware of the dev environment (language, tools etc.) and you write the product spec in such a way that is understood by developers
• Create technical documentation
• Also, knowing of the architectural methods and the typical solutions that can be applied to different cases
• Lead design, scoping and development of technical solutions for the enterprise
• Lead multiple work streams to ensure design, build and implementation adheres to enterprise vision
• Advanced understanding of banking, payment card systems, payment methods and merchant acquiring and processing in the US
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as Restful APIs, programming languages, CI/CD concepts, cloud hosting practices and big data technologies.
• Securing APIs and experience developing services that are identified by both consuming application and end-users and securing services across both constructs with OAuth, SAML,
• Experience designing and using RESTful APIs
• Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs
• Experience with a open source software tools, including Mongo, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Kibana, NodeRED.
• Knowledge of JVM Languages/Technologies including but not limited to Java Experience with SQL and No-SQL Databases
• Knowledge of Intrusion Detection Systems or packet sniffers.
• Hands on experience in building enterprise solutions with mature governance processes
• Agile experience

WHAT you bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent field or equivalent work experience
• 9-12 years of experience in Information Technology, Technical Application Development, or similar experience
• Ability to continually assess and evaluate the impact of emerging technologies against the strategic business needs and interpret business value for the leadership team in a consultative capacit
• Experience with Angular, IoS, Android, Swift and crashlytics
• Ability to develop and maintain applicable industry knowledge and best practices
• Ability to foresee/ predict industry direction
• Ability to lead multiple sub-teams through example and persuasion
• Curiosity and aptitude for working within new technologies and partnering with others to create custom solutions to fit unique business needs, Innovation and future strategy
• Experience in developing and managing multi-tier architecture applications
• Proven understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including web development, service-oriented architecture, cloud computing, test driven development and domain driven design
• Provides strong leadership to the various team members through mentoring, career development, interpersonal skills, teamwork ethic, and enabling leadership skills., Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as strong/proven management skills
• Strong services oriented architecture experience
• Chilean or european Nationality will be a plus due to visa processing
