Job Details:

We are seeking a Senior iOS Mobile Engineer to play a crucial role in developing and scaling our core mobile application. We are looking for a vital member of a small, tight-knit team, contributing expertise in mobile development. This is a critical role where the engineer will contribute expertise to two key fronts: iOS native (Swift) development and full-stack product improvements.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who deeply cares about craft but can move with urgency, thrives in a high-impact environment, and is excited by the chance to build a product that makes a real difference in people's lives.

What You'll Do:

Own Meaningful Problems: Take on real responsibility from day one, contributing to the entire mobile development lifecycle from design to deployment.
Direct Collaboration: Work directly with our leadership and engineering team—there are no middle layers. Input and expertise will be immediately visible and crucial.
Develop and Scale: Lead the development and implementation of robust, scalable features for the core iOS application (Swift).
Work Smart and Hard: Contribute to the rapid iteration cycle of our environment, ensuring high standards of code quality and performance while maintaining a focus on speed and impact.
Drive Growth: Engage in full-stack product improvements that support go-to-market experiments and growth strategies.

What You'll Bring:

Technical Requirements

5+ years of proven, senior-level experience in mobile application development, with a strong expertise in iOS native development (Swift).
Solid understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
Familiarity with Android development is a plus, but not a requirement at this time.

Professional & Communication Requirements

Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal) are essential. The engineer must be able to clearly articulate complex technical ideas and collaborate effectively.
A proactive, driven mentality and the ability to thrive under the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience working in a startup environment is a significant plus.

Work Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time
