The ideal candidate has a background in graphic design software such as Adobe Suite or Canva Pro and understands how visual assets affect key performance marketing metrics like CTR, CPL, and lead quality. You should have a fast, iterative visual execution style—prioritizing shipping, polishing, and rapid iteration—and be comfortable using automation tools like Zapier and Make in a design operations context.
Strong organizational skills are essential for managing files, components, and scalable design systems effectively. You will often work with growth marketers and SEO specialists to create compelling, well-optimized assets across dozens of microsites.
The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and speed.
