We’re seeking a product designer who can turn abstract requirements into tangible, delightful experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for interaction design, a proven track record designing SaaS products, and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should be able to translate customer needs into intuitive interfaces and responsive designs that scale from concept to production.
Required: 3+ years of product or UX/UI design experience (SaaS preferred), proficiency in Figma (or similar tooling), a compelling portfolio with clickable prototypes and user flows, ability to translate complex requirements into simple experiences, solid understanding of responsive design, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have: Experience in GovTech or compliance-driven software, user research experience, familiarity with front-end concepts (e.g., React, CSS frameworks) to understand constraints, and experience contributing to or managing design systems.
Experience designing for government or regulated environments, conducting usability studies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including researchers and engineers. Comfort with fast iteration cycles and a bias toward practical, accessible, and scalable design solutions. Knowledge of front-end constraints and the ability to discuss feasibility with developers is a plus.
