The designer will own UX and UI for multiple DTC brands and projects, guiding them from research and wireframes to polished Figma files. You will craft high-performing pages that feel premium, clean, and easy to shop, helping brands increase engagement and conversions across launches and ongoing campaigns. The work blends fast iteration with strong design systems, enabling rapid delivery of variations and tests.

What you will do

Turn ideas, briefs, and audits into clear wireframes, page flows, and prototypes
Design landing pages, PDPs, and simple multi-page sites optimized for conversion
Create component libraries, style guides, and reusable blocks in Figma
Apply CRO thinking: above-the-fold structure, social proof, offer blocks, sections, and hierarchy that drive clicks and purchases
Collaborate with copywriters and performance marketers to translate hooks into layouts
Prepare clean, developer-friendly Figma files and annotations
Support quick design tasks: simple ads, email sections, graphics tied to your designs

Requirements

Based in Latin America with partial overlap to US Eastern time.

3+ years of experience in product, web, or marketing design.

Strong Figma skills (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping).

Portfolio showcasing e-commerce or DTC work, high-quality visual design, and clear UX thinking.

Ability to work from rough ideas and turn them into complete layouts. Clear English communication (written and spoken). Reliable, organized, and good at managing deadlines.

Nice to have

Experience with Shopify or Webflow handoff. Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams or agencies. Basic understanding of analytics and A/B testing.
