  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis, to uncover user needs and behaviors.
  • Synthesize complex research findings into clear, concise insights and recommendations that drive design and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into product roadmaps and designs.
  • Define and document research goals, methodologies, and key findings to build a knowledge base that informs future initiatives.
  • Advocate for user-centricity across the organization by presenting research findings to stakeholders and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Mentor and guide other team members on best practices in UX research, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX research, and apply them to elevate the research capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Proficient in Figma, Qualtrics, and statistical tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in entertainment, payroll, accounting, rights management, or internal tools.
  • Proficiency in Pendo, Jira, and Confluence.
  • UX research certification or advanced degree.

Benefits:
