HR Professional / Virtual Assistant in Lucid Bots

As a Virtual Assistant / HR Professional, you’ll handle HR and administrative tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and travel scheduling. This role requires organization, basic IT skills, and the ability to work independently. Start with at least 10 hours per week, with potential to grow based on performance.

Job functions

• Recruiting:
• Assist with job postings on various platforms.
• Source and screen potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Screening Interviews:
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Onboarding Plans:
• Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires.
• Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
• Travel Scheduling:
• Arrange travel accommodations for internal team members.
• Coordinate travel itineraries and manage related logistics.
• Basic IT Skills and Setup:
• Assist with basic IT setup for new employees.
• Troubleshoot minor IT issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
• Administrative Assistant Work:
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the HR and management teams.
• Maintain and organize company documents and records.
• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar HR/administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Notion, HubSpot, and Gusto.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Desirable skills

• Experience in recruiting and HR management.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and travel coordination.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and setup procedures.
