Tiktok Mentor and Community Manager in NextCommerce Agency

We organize small groups with expert mentors to provide accountability, personalized guidance, and practical growth strategies. Each mentor leads several micro-groups of 5–8 creators, delivering step-by-step support to help participants grow their TikTok accounts and achieve tangible results. This role involves coaching multiple groups, sharing timely insights on trends, and contributing to a collaborative, positive learning environment that scales as we grow our creator community.

We are seeking a TikTok-savvy mentor who can translate platform knowledge into actionable coaching for beginners. The ideal candidate has demonstrated growth on TikTok and can communicate clearly in English (spoken and written) to US-based creators. You should be comfortable hosting small-group coaching calls, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a supportive, encouraging presence. The role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple groups or cohorts concurrently.
