Key Responsibilities

This multifaceted role requires the candidate to undertake diverse responsibilities across business development, marketing, project management, implementation, and data analysis to support the startup’s ambitious growth goals.

  • Business Development & Marketing: Maintain and grow the company's LinkedIn presence with a consistent posting schedule of at least five posts per week. Actively engage potential leads through targeted outreach messages sent from founder accounts. Design, launch, and monitor inbound and outbound email marketing campaigns, leveraging existing tools and analyzing metrics such as open rates and reply rates. Create visually appealing marketing collateral using Figma, including one-pagers, social media posts, and digital assets, and develop reusable templates to streamline future content production.
  • Project Management & Implementation: Lead and support multiple software implementation projects for hospital clients, managing relationships with internal teams and external healthcare facilities. Organize project milestones, tasks, and deadlines, ensuring consistent progress and timely delivery. Utilize project management tools like Jira and Asana to track progress, uphold Agile best practices—including daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning—and provide transparent updates to stakeholders. Collect required documentation from hospital facilities and convert existing implementation workflows into efficient, professional systems.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain and update real-time dashboards that provide visibility into project status and marketing campaign performance. Analyze relevant data points to identify trends and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate comprehensive reports detailing the progress of implementation efforts and business development activities. Recommend 1-2 process improvements quarterly based on data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements and Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive, versatile candidate with experience at the intersection of project management, business development, and digital marketing, ideally within the healthcare or enterprise software sector.

  • Business Development Experience: Demonstrated success in managing LinkedIn content strategies, publishing posts regularly, initiating outreach, and executing email campaigns using specialized platforms.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency with Figma to craft marketing collateral—including one-pagers, social media visuals, and digital marketing assets—that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Hands-on familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Asana for tracking tasks, deadlines, and team collaboration.
  • Data & Analytics: Ability to create and maintain dashboards that aggregate project and marketing metrics. Skilled at interpreting data to derive actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication, capable of interacting effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Preferred Experience: Background or knowledge working in healthcare technology or enterprise software implementations.
  • Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation software, and experience in fast-paced startup environments.

The ideal candidate exhibits a "hustler mentality," able to independently identify challenges and take initiative to resolve them without heavy supervision. They excel at multi-tasking, managing complex priorities across business development and project management simultaneously. With learning agility and adaptability, they embrace evolving responsibilities and contribute to process improvements by transforming ad-hoc procedures into repeatable, scalable systems. Attention to detail, focus on measurable results, and strong analytical thinking are essential traits. Comfortable working autonomously while maintaining proactive communication with company leadership.

Preferred but Not Required Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences are highly valued and would strengthen a candidate’s fit for this role:

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry’s operational landscape and challenges.
  • Experience working directly with hospital IT teams or clinical staff during software deployments.
  • Proficiency in additional marketing tools or CRM platforms beyond LinkedIn and email campaign software.
  • Knowledge of product management principles and additional Agile certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools to optimize workflows and repetitive tasks.
  • Prior roles in startup environments demonstrating adaptability and resilience in dynamic situations.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting beyond standard dashboards.
