Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects that translate program and business requirements into accurate software updates.
  • Collaborate with analysts to interpret specifications and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with developers and QA to implement and test updates on schedule.
  • Define scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables for release cycles.
  • Manage resource allocation across analyst and development teams.
  • Oversee QA, approval testing, and load testing processes.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of analysts, engineers, and testers.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive accountability through standups, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
  • Report project status, timelines, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partner with support and operations to ensure readiness for product releases.
  • Report directly to the Director of Product Operations.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3–5+ years of project management experience in software or regulatory-driven environments. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Loom, etc.). Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical domains. Conversational English to collaborate with international teams.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in regulatory-driven projects. Background in SaaS or enterprise-level platforms. Experience with large-scale load testing and release management. Technical background in software engineering or QA.
