Key Responsibilities

Lead projects that translate program and business requirements into accurate software updates.
Collaborate with analysts to interpret specifications and deadlines.
Coordinate with developers and QA to implement and test updates on schedule.
Define scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables for release cycles.
Manage resource allocation across analyst and development teams.
Oversee QA, approval testing, and load testing processes.
Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of analysts, engineers, and testers.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Drive accountability through standups, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
Report project status, timelines, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
Partner with support and operations to ensure readiness for product releases.
Report directly to the Director of Product Operations.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3–5+ years of project management experience in software or regulatory-driven environments. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Loom, etc.). Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical domains. Conversational English to collaborate with international teams.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in regulatory-driven projects. Background in SaaS or enterprise-level platforms. Experience with large-scale load testing and release management. Technical background in software engineering or QA.
