This role sits within our Affiliate & Partnerships initiatives, helping to scale brand partnerships and revenue through a robust Amazon affiliate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Send daily affiliate program invites to creators through Levanta and email.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon affiliates to strengthen brand partnerships.
Support content strategy by identifying creator content opportunities, messaging angles, and best practices.
Nurture existing affiliate partners with compelling, value-driven outreach to encourage posting and engagement.
Recruit, onboard, and motivate creators to join and actively promote assigned brands.
Work with Account Managers to implement brand-wide strategy into the affiliate program.
Analyze affiliate data to identify top-performing creators and optimize outreach strategy.
Track performance and report on network growth, creator engagement, and affiliate-driven revenue.

What You’ll Bring

1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or digital outreach.
Strong understanding of Amazon affiliates and performance-driven marketing.
Experience with Levanta or similar affiliate platforms preferred.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills for persuasive messaging.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track results and adapt strategies.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage consistent daily outreach activity.
Proficiency with affiliate platforms (ideally Levanta or similar tools)
Strong written communication and persuasive copywriting skills
Analytical ability to track metrics and performance
Organization and consistency in outreach processes

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record of driving affiliate-driven revenue and improving engagement metrics.
• Comfortable working in a bilingual or multilingual environment and communicating with partners across Latin America.
