This role will be part of the dynamic Amazon brand management team responsible for scaling private label brands on Amazon’s marketplace, driving growth and maintaining the company’s competitive edge.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: Own and execute the overall Amazon marketplace strategy to grow sales, improve product rankings, increase profitability, and meet or exceed target metrics such as revenue growth, margin improvement, reviews, and conversion rates (CTR/CVR).
  • Data Analysis & Decision-Making: Regularly analyze marketplace performance data including sales trends, product rankings, competitor activities, and customer reviews. Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize brand performance.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including PPC advertising, inventory management, logistics, listing optimization, marketing, and customer service to ensure strategy alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
  • Listing Optimization & Monitoring: Continuously monitor account health, product listings, ASIN suspensions, competitor tactics, and pricing dynamics. Manage corrective actions swiftly, including engaging with Amazon Seller Support for appeals when necessary.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize Amazon operational expenses such as FBA fees, referral fees, and storage fees through proactive review and negotiation strategies.
  • Product Improvement Coordination: Analyze customer feedback and product reviews to inform product development and enhancement strategies. Collaborate closely with product teams to address issues or capitalize on improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills:
  • 3 to 5+ years of senior-level experience managing Amazon private label brands, with a proven track record of brands exceeding $5 million in annual sales.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including advertising (PPC), listing optimization, SEO strategies, ranking algorithms, and marketplace analytics.
  • Advanced data analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Keepa, or similar platforms for data scraping, reporting, and interpretation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Preferred Skills and Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in Walmart Marketplace management or familiarity with other e-commerce platforms will be at an advantage. Expertise in advanced PPC campaign strategies and automation tools is also desirable. Prior exposure to international marketplace operations or supply chain logistics involving Amazon FBA is a plus. Additionally, experience working in startups or high-growth companies with rapidly evolving product portfolios would be beneficial.
