Job functions

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, a creative mindset, and the ability to execute campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience who is ready to take their skills to the next level in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

At Paktolus, you can expect to work on a wide variety of Marketing projects for an even wider variety of clients. Our Marketing services include PPC, Email, Social, SEO, and more; as well as tailored reporting via Analytics, LookerStudio, Excel/Sheets, and custom-coded dashboards. Our clients range from small mom-and-pop shops all the way to international Fortune 500 companies. If you ever get bored working on the same thing for too long, you will fit right in here.

Qualifications and requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency/startup setting.
Education: Don't care as long as you have the skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop engaging and effective marketing campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot abstract problems is a must in this position.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in different time zones.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable skills

Proven experience in client-facing marketing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn new tools and skills on the fly
Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-direction.
History of problem solving and troubleshooting
High attention to detail and strong project management skills.
Ability to effectively present marketing strategies to clients, data and analytics reports, and provide suggestions when requested.
