Key Responsibilities

As the Manager of Account Executives & Scheduling, you will hold a critical leadership position overseeing two essential teams: the Scheduling Team and the Account Executives Team.

  • Scheduling Team Management: Lead and manage the Scheduling team across LATAM to ensure alignment with U.S.-based field technicians and residents. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate scheduling timelines, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring clear and timely communication flow throughout the process.
  • Improve the scheduling process by reducing delays and bottlenecks to enhance customer satisfaction. Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conduct regular training sessions for team members, and closely monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Account Executive Team Oversight: Supervise the Account Executives responsible for B2B client communications and relationship management. Ensure client inquiries, feedback, and concerns are handled professionally and without delay.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams such as technical support, field operations, and customer support to facilitate client requests and implement process improvements. Regularly review KPIs, provide detailed reports on team and client performance, and proactively manage risks and opportunities.

Role Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking a strategic and organized leader with over five years of experience managing high-performing teams, ideally within operations, scheduling, logistics, or account/client management. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in leading remote teams, particularly in multinational or multicultural environments.

You possess strong analytical and organizational capabilities, enabling you to efficiently solve problems and allocate resources. Superior verbal and written communication skills in English (C1-C2 level) are essential, while fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. As a leader, you display empathy, motivation skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback that fosters a positive team atmosphere.

Adaptability to dynamic and fast-changing work conditions is crucial, along with a knack for implementing scalable systems and processes in line with the growth trajectory of a fast-paced company.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience in the solar energy, construction, or field operations industries is advantageous, providing context and familiarity with the sector's unique challenges. Prior exposure to scheduling tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, or field service management software will add value and facilitate quicker onboarding.
