Responsibilities:

Review and update medical and billing records to reflect the current state of cases.
Monitor treatment status and prepare summaries for easy reference and action.
Handle all billing processes, payments, and coordinate health insurance details effectively.
Collect and organize client documents to maintain comprehensive and accessible records.
Compose demand letters and ensure all CRM entries are up-to-date and accurately reflect case evolutions.
Dispatch necessary documents to relevant parties promptly to maintain case momentum.
Schedule procedures while continuously following up with clients and attorneys to keep everyone informed.
Assist in drafting critical legal documents and prepare thorough case summaries.
Inform attorneys of deadlines and the specific needs for case preparation to streamline workflow.
Write letters of representation as required by specific cases.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective interaction.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a must to cater to diverse clientele.
A minimum of 2 years experience in management and coordination is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management for efficient document handling.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required to thrive in this role.
Detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible approach is key to managing dynamic workloads.
Must exhibit a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Own a laptop or desktop meeting specifications of at least 8GB RAM and Core i5 or above, equipped with a stable internet connection of 10 Mbps.
Availability to work across US time zones is required to align with client and colleague schedules.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in the legal field will be advantageous, especially in case management or legal assistance. Familiarity with case management software and systems can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A proactive approach in handling cases and client interaction will be highly valued.
