Who We Are Looking For

The main objective of the Ops Lead is to ensure the correct balance between supply and demand, being responsible for the local deployment, setting objectives (Long / Mid /Short term objectives) and delivering results.The candidate will work with our Country Manager, Product Lead and Marketing team. In addition will collaborate with the technology team.The candidate must be passionate, dynamic and proactive.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure the product fulfillment. Attracting new agents, train agents, design the onboarding to develop a reliable agents community

  • Analyze demand (develop new business areas, analyze demand) and design action plans to mitigate gaps between supply and demand

  • Implement business processes

  • Analyze and improve organizational process

  • Develop merchant acquisition

  • Design and implement incentives for the agents

  • Measure the operation, marketplace efficiency, identify and resolve issues
