Within our delivery team, consultants collaborate closely with seasoned financial planning and analysis (FP&A) professionals to build technically advanced yet practical CPM platforms that streamline complex finance and regulatory processes.

We are hiring Senior Consultants to join our delivery team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to client finance teams, designing and optimizing CPM solutions with a focus on banking and financial services. You will work closely with senior finance leaders to bring clarity, control, and speed to their planning, reporting, and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or support end-to-end CPM and FP&A system implementations tailored to banking and financial service organizations.
Collaborate with senior FP&A, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), and finance leadership to gather and refine requirements for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, regulatory reporting, and visualization.
Translate complex financial and regulatory reporting needs, instrument-level modeling, and risk modeling requirements into efficient system configurations, automated workflows, and robust data models.
Design, build, and deploy standardized templates and models for financial planning, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance within financial institutions.
Integrate CPM platforms with core banking systems and ERPs, such as Fiserv and Jack Henry, leveraging SQL, Python (including Pandas, APIs, Jupyter), and other automation tools.
Provide coaching, training, and knowledge transfer to client finance teams on CPM best practices and system usage.

About You

Experience and Domain Knowledge

3–5+ years in FP&A or ALM within a bank, credit union, financial-services firm, or consulting environment.
Expertise in three-statement modeling tailored to banking balance-sheet dynamics (net interest margin, loan and deposit growth, funding, FTP).
Familiarity with Regulatory Reporting, Instrument Level Modeling, and Risk Modeling concepts is a strong asset.

Education and Credentials

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a technical degree (Engineering or Computer Science) with strong finance aptitude.
CFA, FRM, CPA, or MBA preferred but not required.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas, APIs, Jupyter) for data querying, transformation, prototyping, and automation.
Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).
Hands-on experience with CPM and FP&A platforms (Vena, Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive) is a strong asset.
Power BI is a strong asset.

Professional Qualities

Skilled at translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for finance and non-finance audiences.
Comfortable engaging with CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance teams.
Excellent facilitation skills, clear written communication, and strong client-facing presence
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.

Preferred but Not Required

Experience working directly within or consulting for banking and financial institutions on CPM system implementations.
Deeper exposure to regulatory frameworks, such as Basel III/IV, CCAR, or IFRS 9, and their reporting implications.
Advanced knowledge of data integration techniques, APIs, and scripting to enhance system connectivity and automation.
Familiarity with additional financial modeling software or BI tools beyond the core CPM platforms.
Additional certifications related to financial risk management or advanced data analytics.
