Responsabilities
Architect and develop large scalable infrastructure to deliver personalized video news to millions of users
Tackle complex problems and clearly identify tradeoffs between various approaches and techniques
Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
Building reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
Implementation of security and data protection
Design and implementation of data storage solutions
Minimum Requirements
Strong written and spoken English is a must!
B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of related professional work experience
Experience deploying, scaling and maintaining large-scale DB & Application infrastructure on AWS: EC2, S3, EB, etc
Experience with MongoDB and SQL Databases
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Javascript (Node.js) and Python
Good understanding of networking and security concepts
