Fundamental Syndicate is a research and development group focused on creating innovative digital products and solutions. We are seeking a long-term development partner to collaborate across a small set of SaaS products, including GroupVitals, PinClicks, and internal tools and frameworks. Our tech stack is intentionally narrow and focused: Native frontends with SvelteKit for headless experiences, and a TALL stack (Tailwind, Alpine, Livewire) for backend work. We are open to onboarding and sharing our tools, tactics, and processes, but the core stack and related technologies should be familiar to you. This partnership is growth-oriented, with increasing responsibility, stability, and upside over time.

• Almost 20 years of entrepreneurially minded development and business experience.
• Proven experience building and shipping (SaaS) products, with a strong portfolio of frontend (Native + SvelteKit) and backend work (Tailwind, Alpine, Livewire).
• A solid bucket of interesting work. From large analytics projects, mobile apps, and hardware integration surfaces.. we like to explore within our skillsets for business opportunities.
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies, responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams in a remote, async-first environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a bias toward delivering reliable, well-documented code.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
