This process is for Front-End React.Js Senior positions only.
Read below for the requirements.

• Build epic features/products that go through the whole stack meaning code in Javascript, React.
• Work side by side with UX/UI, Full-Stack, and Back-end teams.
• Work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.
• Develop user-facing features in order to the company quality guidelines
• Optimize the codebase at the server and at the browser constantly looking for a way to improve them.
• Code a lot of tests (unit, feature, integration)
• Mentor and pair with entry-level engineers to help develop their skills
• Code reviewing

Hard skills

• Advanced proficiency level (in performance and legibility) with JavaScript and React.
• Proficient understanding of web markup (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with React workflows such as Redux.
• Experience working with front-end development tools such as Webpack Basic design notions.
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, (small adjustments on an image).
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Ability to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Know & identify the main/bottlenecks issues that could arise on a project before writing code.
• Ability to think & design solutions in a fast manner.

• You will be screened for technical and psychological skills. You will be required to take code challenges and other assessments. We'll store the result for your future Concierge applications.
