Job Overview

We’re on the hunt for a junior-to-mid seniority Full Stack Engineer with great potential, who thrives in both back-end and front-end environments. This is not just another dev role—it’s your opportunity to shape core products in a global ad-tech company. You’ll work on a fresh new project from scratch, which is a strategic product for Admoai’s success, and thus help shape one of the key components of our company’s ecosystem.

You’ll collaborate with specialists on each side—back-end and front-end—acting as the bridge that unifies both worlds. If you love clean, efficient code, solving tough system design challenges, and building products end-to-end with speed and quality, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an entire new platform: features and products within this platform, using GO and/or Next.js with Typescript.
  • Own projects end-to-end: from technical design to production deployment and ongoing iteration.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver world-class advertising tools.
  • Improve application architecture, performance, and scalability with both back-end and front-end strategies.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Drive innovation by proposing and building entirely new products from scratch.
  • Maintain strong documentation and clear code to ensure collaboration across the team.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and team knowledge sharing.

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Best bonus: experience in both GO (golang) and Next.js+Typescript.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Vercel, GCP, or similar.
  • Exposure to SQL or edge databases (e.g., Turso, SQLite).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps workflows.
  • Advertising Tech experience, especially with:
    • Ad Servers, Ad Networks, or SSP/DSP systems.
    • Real-Time Bidding (RTB), OpenRTB standards, or programmatic advertising workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Language requirement: we’re looking for back-end and front-end expertises, so it's one of two options (if both met, a plus):
    • Good experience in GO (Golang) for building scalable, high-performance back-end systems.
    • Good experience in Next.js + TypeScript for building fast, dynamic web apps.
  • 1 to 5 years of professional experience in software development (junior to mid senior level).
  • Demonstrated ability to work across the stack and deliver results independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent understanding of performance, scalability, and security principles.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

English: Reading and writing fluency is required; spoken fluency is a plus.

What we Offer

    • A front-row seat to a multinational startup poised for explosive growth—your work will shape our trajectory.
    • Competitive Compensation: Above-market salary + potential Stock Options.
    • Health Coverage: Full health insurance for you and your family.
    • Time Off: 20 vacation days + your birthday off.
    • Flexible Hours: Work when you’re at your best—focused on results.
    • Professional Growth: Work with bleeding-edge tools and learn from top-tier teammates.
    • Team Culture: Be part of a team that’s fast, focused, and fun—where excellence, ownership, and passion matter.
