We are looking for a freelance IT Engineer (Dispatch role) to support our clients in Papenburg, Germany - Almere, Netherlands / Amsterdam - Monfalcone, Gorizia Italy. The engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support when required. This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity, ideal for IT professionals who want flexibility and extra income.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support to clients (hardware, networking, troubleshooting).
Perform installations, replacements, and basic configurations.
Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents.
Ensure proper reporting and documentation of each visit.

Requerimientos del cargo

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer / Field Engineer.
Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, and peripheral devices.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks on-site.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Must be based in Papenburg, Germany - Almere, Netherlands / Amsterdam - Monfalcone, Gorizia Italy or available to travel locally.

Condiciones

Compensation

EUR 300 per visit (freelance/contract basis).
Payments are processed on a monthly basis.
