We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Tech Lead to join our team as a senior-level leader. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java development and cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software projects within the Payment domain.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Java developers specializing in Payment Systems.
Design and develop robust payment processing solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in payment processing.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of payment systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Java development, particularly in Payment Systems, Financial Technologies, or related fields.
3+ years in a leadership or technical lead role, managing development teams and projects.
Strong understanding of payment processing protocols and security standards.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
