Accredited as a public transport technology operator by MTT, TransitUC offers fleet and operation management services for public operators and mobility software for transport companies.
We are looking for a talented .NET Developer / Engineer to join our growing team in Santiago. This position is related with a transit solution being developed in partnership with Kaufmann (Mercedes-Benz official reseller); using IoT devices and real-time data processing. At TransitUC you will be part of a small, multicultural, young and diverse development team, gaining exposure to cutting edge technologies and the opportunity to work with some of the largest brands in the industry. Working in a collaborative team, you will help transform requirements into high performance applications.
Role: You will be required primarily for software development of .NET applications and services, working on them from the initial concept phase through out to their market launch. You may also be required to get involved into customers discussions, requirements analysis, testing and on-site support and furthermore having a close relationship with final users.

Development experience with .NET network-dependent service applications, multithreading and web applications (ASP.NET).
Experience with SQL and MongoDB.
Good understanding of development methodologies, testing practices, and tools and knowing when to apply each method to achieve the desired outcomes
Strong experience and knowledge of Design and Architectural patterns and knowing when to apply them
Proficient communication skills
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related discipline
+2 years’ professional experience developing in .NET framework.
Must have problem solving skills and interest in technical challenges
Fluent english and any AVL system experience is a plus
