Job Details:

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help lead the charge on building scalable, modern systems that support interoperability, speed, and reliability.

If you're passionate about delivering clean, scalable code and contributing to systems that matter, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling modern, Full-Stack applications that serve healthcare professionals and institutions. You'll work with a talented team to integrate healthcare standards like HL7/FHIR and ensure the systems are performant, maintainable, and built for the long term.

You’ll be responsible for owning features end-to-end — from architecture and Backend services in Java/Node.js to responsive frontend components built in Angular v18. You’ll work closely with the DevOps, QA, and Product teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop scalable Full-Stack applications with a strong focus on Frontend and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Backends.
  • Build and maintain backend services primarily using Node.js; familiarity with Spring Boot and Hibernate is a plus.
  • Develop responsive, modern UIs using Angular v18, TypeScript, and occasionally Thymeleaf.
  • Integrate healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR.
  • Write clean, testable code using TypeScript (Frontend/Backend) and optionally JUnit (if working with Java).
  • Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless, automated deployments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to ensure scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, and uphold code quality through reviews and testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack development, with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
  • Strong experience with Node.js for Backend development.
  • Expertise in Angular v18 and modern TypeScript development.
  • Experience with templating tools like Thymeleaf is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate is a nice-to-have.
  • Solid experience with AWS and CI/CD tools.
  • Understanding of HL7/FHIR standards for healthcare interoperability.
  • Strong testing mindset — using TypeScript for Frontend/Backend testing; JUnit familiarity is a bonus.
  • Comfortable using Git-based workflows (Bitbucket, GitHub).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to documentation.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, startup environments.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with healthcare applications or regulated data systems.
  • Familiarity with containerization and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or internal design systems.

Why Join?

  • Help shape a modern, healthcare-focused product from the ground up.
  • Work with a passionate team and have a direct impact on healthcare innovation.
  • Competitive compensation and opportunity for long-term growth.

Benefits:

  • A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • 10 paid days for local holidays.

*Please note we are only looking for full-time dedicated team members who are eager to fully integrate within our team.
