Key Responsibilities

Migrate content from Aestiva platform to WordPress.
Develop a custom login page integrated with AWS RDS for user authentication.
Optimize WordPress performance to handle high traffic conditions efficiently.
Implement caching strategies, CDN, and security best practices to ensure site stability and protection.
Maintain high availability and ensure smooth deployment workflows using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with the legacy platform team to deliver a seamless integrated user experience across systems.

Requirements

Advanced experience in WordPress development including plugin and theme development and customization.
Strong proficiency in PHP, with deep understanding of plugin development and theme customizations.
Experience connecting WordPress with external databases such as AWS RDS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for dynamic data handling.
Proven ability in designing and implementing custom login flows and authentication logic.
Good understanding of performance optimization techniques and security best practices for WordPress sites.
Conversational proficiency in English to collaborate effectively with US-based teams.
