Project scope: You’ll manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads for several clients, each with budgets. The position blends hands-on execution with strategic optimization, reporting, and collaboration with clients. As you grow, you’ll have opportunities to take on more independent client ownership and contribute to scaling our paid media offerings.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads for multiple clients.
  • Test and optimize creative assets, ad copy, landing pages, and conversion paths to improve ROAS and CVR.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and maintain proactive client communications to clarify goals and progress.
  • Recommend landing page and conversion optimization ideas to boost funnel efficiency.
  • Assist with budget allocation, bid strategies, and pacing to maximize client outcomes within given budgets.
  • Adhere to project timelines, deliver results, and communicate risks or blockers early.
  • Collaborate with the team to share learnings, troubleshoot issues, and refine best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

We’re seeking a data-driven Digital Acquisition Marketer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid ads on at least two of the three major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google). You should have managed monthly budgets of at least $5K–$15K and demonstrated a track record of improving campaign performance through data analysis. Strong English for client communication (B2-C1) is essential. Candidates should be autonomous, proactive, and able to troubleshoot and solve problems without constant direction. You’ll need a solid understanding of key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPC) and be able to articulate why a campaign did or did not work.
Ideal candidates are curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. You should be comfortable using Slack/Zoom for communication, and you should be able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines while delivering clear results.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience creating and optimizing multi-channel attribution plans; familiarity with landing page optimization tools and A/B testing frameworks; ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability; strong storytelling skills for presenting results to clients; experience in tech or startup verticals. Experience with data visualization and reporting automation is a plus.
