Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pavago, your primary goal is to strategize and execute recruitment initiatives that attract, evaluate, and secure high-quality remote professionals for our international clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies tailored to sourcing top remote talent worldwide.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their hiring requirements, organizational culture, and team dynamics to ensure the best candidate match.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and assessments through interviews and testing to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients along with detailed insights into their qualifications, backgrounds, and potential contributions.
  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial contact, interviews, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of candidates, applications, and job openings to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients to enhance recruitment effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about global job market trends and remote work innovations to continually refine recruitment approaches.

Requirements

We seek a proficient Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in remote or international recruitment environments. The ideal candidate combines technical recruitment expertise with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, ideally within remote, offshore, or international contexts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse candidates and clients.
  • Strong ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and platforms that facilitate remote hiring.
  • High attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills to handle complex recruitment pipelines efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of global hiring trends, remote work dynamics, and diversity and inclusion principles.
  • Commitment to applying equitable and inclusive hiring practices to build diverse teams.
