GT Ecom BV is building and refining AI-powered customer service tooling to elevate efficiency and customer experience. This role will contribute to ongoing automation projects, including an Email Bot and related AI-driven workflows. You will collaborate with operations leaders to deploy scalable solutions, measure impact on refunds and NPS, and continuously improve AI-driven processes. The project scope includes designing new automations, maintaining and debugging Python-based pipelines, and ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business outcomes. You will help position GT Ecom BV as a pioneer in practical AI applications within customer service, driving measurable improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate with Team Leads across Disputes, Email CS, and Process Improvement to resolve escalations, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to evolving policies and automation standards.
  • Review AI-generated responses, detect logic gaps, refine prompts, and tune models to improve accuracy, tone, and efficiency in customer interactions.
  • Develop, test, and maintain customer service automations in Python, including debugging, QA, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Design and deploy new AI-driven workflows or tools aimed at reducing refunds, boosting Net Promoter Score, and increasing operational scalability.
  • Adjust operational policies and procedures based on live data to balance short-term profitability with long-term customer experience goals.
  • Prototype, test, and measure new CS procedures or response flows, analyzing impact on refund rates, dispute rates, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a technically proficient AI Customer Service Engineer who can bridge technology and operations. You will help build and refine AI tools that power our customer service capabilities, ensure high-quality automated interactions, and contribute to continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate can program in Python, has experience maintaining AI systems in operational settings, and possesses a practical, results-driven mindset. You’ll collaborate with Team Leads to translate business needs into reliable automation solutions, continuously monitor performance, and iterate on models and workflows to drive measurable gains in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial targets.

Preferred Background

  • Proven experience in AI development and automation, with strong Python skills (self-taught experience welcomed).
  • Hands-on history maintaining AI systems used in live operations and customer support contexts.
  • Strategic problem-solver capable of identifying bottlenecks, automating processes, and delivering measurable outcomes across multiple CS functions.
  • Experience collaborating with team leads to synchronize technology with day-to-day operations; openness to leadership principles.
  • Prior exposure to team support or coordination; willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, cross-functional setting.
