Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in configuring data sources, destinations, and event tracking mechanisms within Customer Data Platform (CDP) tools to ensure accurate customer data integration.
  • Support the creation, testing, and validation of audiences, customer traits, and journey workflows to enable targeted marketing activities.
  • Perform ongoing data quality assurance, including monitoring event schemas and verifying data accuracy to maintain integrity across CDP processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of platform configurations, operational workflows, and testing protocols to support team knowledge-sharing and smooth platform operation.
  • Troubleshoot data and platform issues promptly and collaborate with engineering teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Work under the guidance of the Senior CDP Manager to execute projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives of the CDP platform deployment.

Job Description and Requirements

We are looking for a motivated CDP Analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing operations, product analytics, or marketing technology roles. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on knowledge of popular CDP tools such as Segment, Hightouch, Rudderstack, or their equivalents and understands customer data flows and event-based tracking methodologies.
The role requires a highly organized individual with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
Core competencies include:
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing CDP platforms and related event tracking setups.
  • Experience in data validation, quality assurance, and documentation to ensure reliable customer data processes.
  • Ability to analyze operational workflows and contribute to process improvements.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and communication across distributed teams.
