Project / Department Focus: You will manage a portfolio of 150–250 clients, guiding them through adoption, retention, and expansion on our SaaS platform. Your work directly supports our mission to enable customers to achieve measurable results with Agentic AI tools, including the migration from legacy tools to the HeyStack AI Agent platform. You will collaborate with product, sales, and enablement teams to ensure customers realize value, renew, and upgrade to higher-value plans.

What You Will Do

  • Champion Retention: own the customer lifecycle, secure renewals, and perform proactive health checks to intervene before issues arise.
  • Solve Problems: turn at-risk accounts into long-term partners by addressing obstacles and guiding customers to success with our tools.
  • Teach Strategy: coach customers to test different target audiences and campaigns, optimizing for higher engagement using our AI-assisted workflows.
  • Master the Tools: educate users on LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration and how to leverage AI agents for maximum impact.
  • Drive Outcomes: interpret campaign data, identify what works, and optimize strategies to increase replies and conversions.
  • Grow Your Portfolio: manage a quota-driven book of business with monthly expansion targets and value-driven upsell opportunities.
  • Navigate Platform Strategy: adapt customer setups to evolving LinkedIn ecosystem changes and promote safe, sustainable automation.
  • Lead the Future (HeyStack): assist customers in migrating from legacy tools to the new AI Agent platform and drive adoption.

Who You Are

You have a Commercial Mindset and understand that renewals are commercial opportunities. You may have experience as an SDR, Account Manager, or quota-carrying CSM. You are AI-enthusiastic, comfortable with revenue goals, and eager to become an expert in Agentic AI. You handle high volume and urgent customer needs with composure, communicate professionally, and explain complex concepts clearly. You are comfortable working in a remote, distributed team and can align with EST/PST business hours. You are proficient with CRMs (HubSpot) and support tools, well-versed in LinkedIn, and you quickly learn new software.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Minimum 1–3 years in a B2B customer-facing role (SaaS preferred) with a track record of managing a portfolio or meeting quota. Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2). Familiarity with Boolean search, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with LinkedIn ecosystem tools, Sales Navigator, and automation platforms is a plus. Ability to work effectively in nearshore time zones and coordinate with EST/PST schedules.
