We are seeking a Support Specialist with at least two years of experience in customer-facing technology support roles. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, particularly in software environments, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential for effectively assisting international customers.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a persistent problem-solving mindset, analytical thinking, and a process-driven approach to resolving issues. Strong interpersonal skills including empathy, integrity, and dedication to exceptional customer service are vital. Flexibility to work during US Central Time business hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including occasional weekend shifts with alternating days off, is required.
Proven remote work experience with reliable internet and power supply (including backups) is necessary to ensure uninterrupted support availability. The role demands collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Experience handling challenging customer situations with professionalism and clarity is highly valued. Candidates who have created training materials or delivered training sessions about technology or processes will be distinguished for their ability to empower team members and customers alike. Familiarity with the commercial real estate appraisal sector, particularly with valuation methodologies and industry-specific software, will be a strong advantage.
