We are a technology company collaborating closely with small US-based organizations, primarily nonprofits and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Our mission is to help these organizations transition from legacy on-premise IT environments to fully cloud-based solutions centered around Microsoft 365. The role focuses on managing end-to-end migrations and modernizing IT infrastructure to enhance collaboration, security, and efficiency through Microsoft cloud technologies.

About the Role

Working alongside our CTO, you will manage migration projects for small US-based nonprofits and SMBs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mapping existing file shares and designing SharePoint and Teams information architectures
  • Planning and executing migrations to Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
  • Reviewing and optimizing Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) setups, creating Conditional Access policies, and implementing passwordless authentication strategies tailored to Microsoft 365 Business Premium
  • Planning and deploying Microsoft Intune solutions, including architecture, device profiles, compliance policies, auto-enrollment, and security baselines
  • Participating in regular client meetings to discuss project progress, plan permission sets, coordinate data migrations, and resolve technical and project-related queries
  • Creating clear and effective documentation for solutions implemented, as well as providing client training and hand-off materials to ensure long-term success

Must-haves

We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 migrations, Entra ID, and Intune. Strong written and spoken English communication skills (B2/C1 level or above) are required to interact effectively with US-based clients and produce precise documentation.

Candidates must have proven ability to engage in client discussions confidently and translate technical requirements into clear solutions. A reliable high-speed internet connection is essential for smooth remote collaboration. The ability to pass a basic criminal background check is also required.

Soft skills such as attention to detail, proactivity, and problem-solving are critical for managing migration projects and client expectations successfully.

Nice to Haves

Ideal candidates will have experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or supporting multi-tenant Microsoft 365 tenants.

Additional qualifications such as Microsoft certifications including MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security) or SC-300 (Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator) are highly desirable and will enhance your candidacy.

Engagement Details

This is a fully remote role available to candidates located anywhere in Latin America (LATAM). The engagement is project-based, with an average expected workload of 10–20 hours per week during active migration phases. High-performing candidates may be offered ongoing opportunities for optimization and support engagements.
