👩‍💻👨‍💻 At People Co. we are looking for a QA Engineer specialized in validating Artificial Intelligence models and ensuring quality in MLOps environments.

You will play a key role in guaranteeing the accuracy, robustness, and reliability of AI models in production, working closely with Data Science and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases for AI/ML models and related APIs.
Validate performance metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, etc.).
Detect biases and fairness issues in models.
Conduct performance, scalability, and non-functional testing of models.
Automate inference and endpoint testing.
Integrate validations into CI/CD pipelines for MLOps environments.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and DevOps to optimize the model lifecycle in production.

Requirements

3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1+ in AI/ML projects.
Advanced Python (PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar).
Knowledge of AI libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
Experience testing APIs (REST/SOAP) with Postman or similar tools.
Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Nice to have: Data QA knowledge for dataset validation.
Competencies: Strong critical analysis skills. Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders. Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience in MLOps environments, model validation workflows, and bias mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
