About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Load Tester to design and execute load testing strategies for systems hosted on AWS, applications built with Aestiva framework, and various third-party integrations. Your main goal will be to simulate real-world usage through custom scripting, identify system performance bottlenecks, and ensure that applications scale reliably under stress.

Your responsibilities will include automating test executions, monitoring key system metrics such as CPU, memory, I/O, latency, and throughput, and working closely with engineering and DevOps teams. You'll integrate testing results and detailed reports into CI/CD pipelines, helping to drive continuous performance improvements and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in performance and load testing within distributed systems environments.
Strong scripting skills using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, along with languages like Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, RDS, Load Balancers, and CloudWatch.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous workflows.
Experience working with CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, and monitoring platforms such as Grafana and New Relic.
Proven ability to analyze logs, traces, and performance metrics for diagnosis and troubleshooting.
Conversational English proficiency to effectively collaborate with US-based teams.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience performing security and failover testing to ensure robustness.
Background in regulated industries including fintech or government technology sectors.
