• Design and lead the modernization of our technology architecture, promoting standards of high availability, resilience, and scalability.
• Implement advanced models of failure prevention, response automation, hardening, and SRE practices that increase end-to-end reliability.
• Create and operate predictive monitoring and observability systems to anticipate incidents on critical business platforms: OMS, e-commerce, POS, logistics, payments, and data platforms.
• Optimize the performance, costs, and robustness of our hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-prem).
• Collaborate with technology, business, and cybersecurity to ensure secure, efficient, and customer-experience-oriented operations.
• Solid experience leading SRE/DevOps teams in high-transaction environments.
• Proficiency in distributed architectures, CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), containers, Kubernetes, and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Datadog).
• Ability to design resilient solutions at the regional level for omnichannel retail.
• Technical leadership, automation mindset, and constant focus on reducing MTTR and raising SLO/SLAs.
Advanced level of English (required).
