Role and Responsibilities

As a Solutions engineer at SpeedSize, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between our clients and internal teams. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customers can successfully integrate and maximize the value of SpeedSize's AI-based media technology.

  • Act as the product expert and trusted advisor for clients, guiding them on best practices to leverage SpeedSize technology.
  • Provide expert support in front-end and back-end development queries, web optimization, media compression, and cloud computing technologies.
  • Lead technical onboarding and integration processes for new customers, translating their goals into effective implementation plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Customer Success, R&D, Sales, and Marketing to resolve technical challenges and deliver superior customer experience.
  • Manage technical-related activities throughout the customer lifecycle — from pre-sale technical support through launch and scaling phases.
  • Identify and define new technical requirements for product integration and prioritize project timelines accordingly.
  • Employ QA practices such as automated and performance testing to ensure high-quality and stable integrations.
  • Monitor customer technical requests and issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Skills and Experience Required

We are seeking a motivated and technically adept individual with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Solutions engineer, Front-End developer, or QA engineer within a dynamic, international environment.

  • Proficient in using developer tools such as Chrome DevTools and other debugging or QA platforms.
  • Strong ability to analyze and swiftly resolve technical issues while effectively communicating with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience working with Full-Stack technologies such as Node.js, React, and Angular, or alternatively extensive QA skills including automated and performance testing.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, cloud infrastructure, media compression, AI/ML concepts, and CDN architectures.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English at a C1-C2 level.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving mindset combined with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet KPIs and deadlines, and rapidly adapt to new challenges.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven individual with a fast learning curve and openness to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications and experiences are highly valued:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA, BEng) or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Additional certifications or completed courses relevant to Full-Stack development, QA methodologies, cloud technologies, or AI.
  • Experience working in other technology domains or prior roles that involved multi-disciplinary collaboration.
