As Arbitrage Team Lead, you’ll shape investment strategy, oversee a portion of our trading portfolio, and collaborate across departments to optimize internal tools and processes. Key Responsibilities

Participate in Our Arbitrage Leadership Team and help set strategic direction for the arbitrage trading function.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize investment strategies, portfolio management, and process improvements.
Act as a strategic second in command to the Head of Offers; coach and manage a team of 2–4 analysts.
Oversee analyst workloads, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and drive career development for junior team members.
Take ownership of a defined portion of offers portfolio, executing independent buy/sell decisions in real time while coordinating on larger strategic shifts.
Monitor performance, assess risk, and optimize for ROI; adjust strategies in response to market dynamics.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and revenue teams to refine internal tools and trading strategies.

Description

We are seeking a driven, collaborative leader with a strong background in quantitative trading or arbitrage within fast-moving markets. The ideal candidate can balance rigorous analytical work with practical decision-making in real time, guiding a team to deliver high-impact results. You will work alongside engineers and business leaders to translate market signals into executable strategies, while developing a team capable of navigating dynamic, data-rich environments. Excellent communication in English, a bias toward action, and comfort with weekend coverage for live operations are essential.

Desirable

Bonus points for experience in arbitrage trading, e-commerce pricing, crypto or other alternative asset classes, and familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Prior industry experience is not required, but the ability to rapidly master niche markets and translate signals into portfolio actions is a strong plus. Strong leadership, adaptability under pressure, and a growth-oriented mindset are highly valued.
