  • Investigate test failures, triage defects, and contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain and improve test automation infrastructure and documentation.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Desktop Testing Skill: Hands-on experience automating tests for WPF or other Windows desktop applications.
  • API and Backend Testing: Proficiency in automating tests for REST APIs and validating backend processes.
  • ETL/Data Focus: Understanding of data pipelines, including validation of transformed data and troubleshooting data-related issues.
  • Coding Ability: Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript for test automation, and SQL for data testing.
  • CI/CD Experience: Knowledge of integrating automated tests into modern CI/CD workflows (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a passion for finding subtle issues before users do.
  • Team Collaboration: Clear communicator who works well across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with test data management and synthetic data generation.
  • Knowledge of Oracle/PL-SQL and working with relational databases for backend validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Exposure to testing tools and frameworks specific to data engineering and analytics platforms.

Benefits:

  • A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.
