HyreDay is building a dynamic Paid Media team that collaborates with US-based clients from a flexible, remote-friendly environment. We are hiring a B2B Content Marketer to join our growing agency. In this role, you will contribute to strategy, create and manage a diverse content portfolio, and drive content-led growth across multiple channels. You’ll align closely with our sales and marketing objectives to attract, nurture, and convert high-value B2B targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Research target B2B audiences to create content that resonates and positions HyreDay as a trusted partner in marketing and paid media.
  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with company goals, managing calendars and producing diverse assets such as website copy, white papers, case studies, lead magnets, newsletters, and sales collateral.
  • Distribute and optimize content across multiple channels (social, email, paid media), collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and paid media teams to maximize impact and support lead generation.
  • Build lead-nurturing sequences using tools like HubSpot or Outreach, and analyze performance with analytics platforms to refine strategy and improve ROI.
  • Partner with leadership and stay current on B2B marketing best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and aligned with business priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in content marketing or copywriting for B2B applications. Strong portfolio demonstrating content that targets business audiences. Experience with high-ticket or marketing agency environments is a plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong organizational skills. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and leadership teams. Exceptional written and verbal English communication.

Experience with audience research using third-party tools and a solid understanding of the target audience. Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GHL or similar) and ESPs (MailChimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. Strong analytics skills using Google Analytics or similar tools. Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint. A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable content strategies.

Desirable Qualifications

Prior experience marketing to other businesses (B2B) with a focus on high‑ticket or agency environments is a plus. A demonstrated ability to work across teams and with multiple stakeholders, plus a track record of driving measurable ROI through content, will set you apart. Familiarity with paid media alignment, content promotion via paid channels, and best practices in content governance and cadence are highly valued.
