Content Producer in Apply Digital Latam

We are looking for a Content Producer to join our rapidly growing team. As a Content Producer, you will be in charge of content operations from client intake to delivery in content management system platforms (CMS) like Contentful. You should be passionate about digital platforms, have a keen eye for detail in every stage of content operations, and boast strong copywriting skills.

• Intake and confirm content requests from clients and analyze if the request can be done with existing components
• Create authoring tasks with the finalized requests
• Estimate timeframes for content tasks
• Align with Content Authors to distribute the different tasks
• Manage the creation, editing, and managing of content in CMS platforms
• Collaborate with developers to ensure CMS components are able to support content and accessibility requirements
• Demand clear, transparent, and structured Sources of Truth (SOT)
• Peer review your fellow Content Authors' work in order to ensure consistency
• Maintain documentation created with Content Leads
• Collaborate and communicate with our corporate clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position or at an advertising agency
• Experience in working with clients on an everyday basis
• Strong English-language skills (B2-C1)
• A background in the Humanities or Media with strong writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to problem-solve in both solo and collaborative environments.

• Proficiency in Contentful or similar platforms
• Working knowledge of issue tracking tools like Jira
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
• Experience with client services in corporate environments.
