We are seeking a Creative Director to lead a dynamic team of 2-3 Art Directors, overseeing creative projects across up to 15 diverse brands. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in creative direction, capable of inspiring and guiding teams to produce outstanding creative work that aligns with each brand's identity and goals.

Job functions

  • Lead and mentor a team of Art Directors, ensuring high-quality creative output across all brands.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the objectives of each brand.
  • Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss updates, upcoming projects, and creative strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create cohesive and impactful brand experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a balance between creative excellence and timely delivery.
  • Provide creative direction for digital assets, advertising campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • Foster an environment of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and branding.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative direction, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.
  • Extensive portfolio showcasing successful brand campaigns and creative projects.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media.
  • Excellent/Fluent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
