Social Media Marketer in Queritel

Queritel is a technology startup in market research and consumer insights industry.
Queritel helps organizations, governments and for-profit companies answer crucial questions. By completing tasks, our data collectors help these groups understand how residents feel about their local health services, infrastructural improvements needed or the price of certain products in stores. We have worked in over 16 countries (English and Spanish speaking).

Through the implementation of a new marketing strategy Queritel aims to improve our digital marketing, lead generation results, brand message and value proposition communication with customer segments and users.

• Implement Queritel Social Media Strategy
• Support the marketing team in the execution of initiatives tasks
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, email and web)
• Prepare promotional presentations
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Help implement a recruitment strategy

• Strong professional drive and time management skills
• Solid understanding of different social media marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop, illustrator)
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google Adwords)
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Current or recent experience leading a social media strategy for startup

• Intermediate/advanced level on Google Ads platforms, Business Facebook, etc.
• Knowledge in campaign optimization, bid management, and attribution model
• Proficient in written English language communication.
