We are actively seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of partners' acquisition goals, utilizing extensive marketing experience and proprietary technology to build direct-response marketing campaigns and landing pages. The ideal candidate is self-driven, a fast learner, and a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills. Please note that an excellent English level, not only professional but also very fluent, is a prerequisite for this role, given the dynamic communication demands

Job functions

  • Lead and execute marketing strategy and testing for our partnerships.
  • Forecast and implement paid media budgets based on key performance indicators.
  • Craft, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns for the fastest-growing direct-response brands with budgets ranging from $50k to over $1M per month.
  • Communicate directly with partners to report on results, define priorities, and manage expectations, acting as the expert that will help partners grow their businesses.
  • Work with our creative team to develop assets that meet brand criteria and drive conversion.
  • Help evolve best practices and train others on how to apply those best practices.
  • Collaborate with the development team to enhance and make custom tools work efficiently.
  • Ready to work during US business hours (conference calls, Slack, etc.).
  • Thrive working 100% remotely.

Qualifications and requirements

  • At least 3 years of recent marketing experience.
  • Essential experience in managing Paid Social Media (Facebook & Instagram preferred) ad campaigns for e-Commerce, Customer Acquisitions, or Direct Response brands.
  • Experienced and highly adept at managing, optimizing & scaling ad campaigns with a minimum of $50K+ monthly budgets.
  • Skilled at writing copy and producing creative that drives conversions.
  • Proven account management skills and ability to manage multiple partner communications.
  • History of success and resilience in the face of tough challenges.
  • TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google, and Bing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Startup or agency experience preferred.
  • Excellent English Level both written and Spoken
