Key responsibilities:
1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients
2. Managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction
3. Developing and implementing account plans
4. Identifying new business opportunities and expansions
5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
6. Providing regular reports and updates to clients
7. Managing accounts and ensuring retention
8. Ensuring compliance with company procedures and protocols
9. Provide training and orientations to clients on using Zentist products
10. Hold regular client meetings and take notes
11. Ensure effective communication via email and messengers
1. 2+ years of experience in customer service
2. Previous Experience with Customer support to US market
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience
5. Excitement to learn about insurance, dentistry, and technology
6. Strong work ethic and hustle to achieve results in a high-growth startup environment
7. Experience in insurance, dental/healthcare, startups, or B2B software is a plus but not required
