Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Computer Vision in Niuro

Niuro connects projects with elite tech teams, delivering autonomous, high-performance engineering groups to top U.S. companies. In this engagement, you will lead the design, implementation, and operation of end-to-end ML solutions for image and video analytics within a mining-industry context. The project emphasizes scalable ML pipelines, robust model quality, and strong MLOps practices to ensure reliable production deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce impactful ML products and maintain production-grade delivery standards.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.

✅ 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning with a strong focus on Computer Vision (object detection, segmentation, tracking, pose estimation, 3D/stereo vision, or video understanding).

✅ Expert Python developer with hands-on experience in at least one DL framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, JAX, etc.).

✅ Practical experience with CV libraries such as OpenCV, scikit-image, or similar tools.

✅ Proficient in Docker, Git, and CI/CD or MLOps platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, MLflow, Kubeflow).

✅ Proven track record deploying and operating ML models in production environments.

✅ Fluent in Spanish (required).
